Alchera

The Reserve for Alchera Living houses 36 two and three-bedroom Independent Living Apartments, as part of the first stage of the village’s redevelopment.

Our design focus was placed on creating flexible and adaptable planning options with a strong emphasis on resident amenity and capability to allow easy modification of room layouts to enable “ageing in place”. Improving the wellbeing of the residents is at the heart of the project, which is why it was so important to create extensive views over Winnacott Reserve and internal courtyards from the majority of apartments.

Design features, such as generous access widths, provide ease of movement in public areas, as well as the individual units. Balconies are also generous in size to permit meaningful entertainment and dining options which extend the indoor and outdoor living spaces substantially. Ground floor apartments enjoy expansive terraces, while quality finishes feature throughout with engineered stone benchtops in both kitchens and ensuites. High-quality appliances are standard, as are quality floor coverings and light fittings.

Access to central facilities such as pool and gymnasium, village dining areas and passive recreation areas combine to create a highly desirable retirement living community.
